This page outlines our delivery services, shipping charges and accepted payment methods. By placing an order with BRIVOX, you acknowledge and agree to the conditions described below.

1. Delivery Zones & Shipping Charges

Ireland 5–8 working days £8.99
Germany & Austria 5–8 working days £7.99
Netherlands, Belgium & Luxembourg 5–8 working days £8.99
France, Italy & Spain 6–10 working days £9.99
Rest of the European Union 7–12 working days £12.99
Switzerland 7–12 working days £14.99 (customs charges may apply)

Important: Deliveries outside the United Kingdom and the European Union may be subject to customs duties, import VAT, clearance charges or other local taxes. These costs are determined by the destination country's authorities and remain the responsibility of the recipient.

2. Order Processing

Orders are normally prepared for dispatch within one working day after successful payment authorisation.

Orders placed during weekends or public holidays will be processed on the following business day.

3. Estimated Delivery Times

Delivery estimates begin once your parcel has been dispatched. Although we always endeavour to meet the estimated timeframes, occasional delays caused by customs inspections, severe weather, transport disruption or other unforeseen circumstances may occur.

Where significant delays arise, we will keep you informed using the email address supplied with your order.

4. Shipping Partners

To provide reliable delivery services, BRIVOX works with recognised logistics providers, including:

  • Royal Mail
  • DHL
  • DPD
  • Evri
  • UPS

Tracking information will be issued automatically as soon as your order leaves our fulfilment facility.

5. Delivery Address

Customers are responsible for ensuring that all delivery details are accurate before completing checkout.

BRIVOX cannot accept responsibility for delays, failed deliveries or additional costs resulting from incorrect or incomplete delivery information supplied during the ordering process.

6. Accepted Payment Methods

We currently accept payments using the following methods:

7. Secure Payments

Every transaction is protected using SSL/TLS encryption and processed exclusively through trusted payment providers certified to PCI DSS Level 1.

BRIVOX never stores complete credit card numbers, CVV security codes or online banking credentials.

8. Invoices

A digital invoice will automatically be sent to your registered email address once payment has been successfully confirmed.

9. Delivery Problems

If your parcel arrives damaged, appears to be missing or has not been delivered within the estimated timeframe, please contact us as soon as possible.
