Withdrawal & Cancellation Form
Last updated: 13 July 2026
Page title: Withdrawal & Cancellation Form · Shopify slug: withdrawal-cancellation
Your cancellation right: Consumers buying online generally have fourteen days after receipt of goods to notify the trader that they wish to cancel, subject to statutory exceptions. For EU-facing sales, an easily accessible online withdrawal function may also be required where the relevant national implementation of EU law applies.
Technical note: This version uses a mailto: link. It opens the visitor’s email application with a prepared message; it does not send the request automatically. Shopify policy pages may remove or block JavaScript. Test the published page and, for reliable submission and confirmation, use a Shopify-compatible form endpoint or app.

Important Information
- The usual fourteen-day period starts after the day the consumer, or their nominated person other than the carrier, receives the goods.
- Sending a clear notice before the period expires is normally sufficient to meet the notification deadline.
- The goods must then usually be returned within a further fourteen days.
- The consumer normally bears direct return costs unless the trader agreed otherwise or the goods are faulty.
- Refunds are normally made through the original payment method and may be withheld until return or proof of return.
