This page summarises delivery destinations, estimated transit times, charges and payment options offered by DUREXA. The amounts shown should match the live checkout settings before publication.

1. Delivery Zones and Charges

Destination Estimated time Charge
United Kingdom 3–7 working days £4.99; free over £50
Ireland 5–8 working days £8.99
Germany and Austria 5–8 working days £7.99
Netherlands, Belgium and Luxembourg 5–8 working days £8.99
France, Italy and Spain 6–10 working days £9.99
Rest of the EU 7–12 working days £12.99
Switzerland 7–12 working days £14.99; customs may apply

Customs notice: Deliveries outside the relevant domestic customs territory may attract import VAT, duty, brokerage or handling charges. Unless checkout expressly states that duties are prepaid, these charges are imposed on and payable by the recipient.

2. Fulfilment and Transit Times

Times are estimates measured in working days and usually begin after payment is authorised and the order is accepted. Weekends, public holidays, customs checks, severe weather, industrial action and peak periods may cause delays.

3. Shipping Partners

Depending on destination, parcel size and service availability, orders may be sent through Royal Mail, DHL, DPD, Evri or UPS. A tracking link is supplied where the selected service supports tracking.

4. Address Accuracy

Please verify the delivery address before submitting the order. Contact us immediately if a correction is needed. Once a parcel has entered the carrier network, rerouting may be unavailable or chargeable.

5. Split Shipments

We may divide an order where goods are stored separately or become available at different times. No additional standard delivery charge will be imposed solely because we choose to split the shipment.

6. Payment Methods

  • Visa, Mastercard and American Express credit or debit cards;
  • PayPal;
  • Klarna, where offered and subject to eligibility;
  • Apple Pay;
  • Google Pay;
  • bank transfer, where displayed at checkout.

7. Payment Security

Payment data is transmitted over encrypted connections to the relevant processor. Card-industry providers commonly maintain PCI DSS Level 1 certification; the exact certification and integration must be confirmed with each provider. Complete card numbers and CVV codes are not stored by DUREXA.

8. Payment Authorisation

An order may be placed on hold or declined where authorisation fails, billing checks cannot be completed or fraud controls identify a material risk. Deferred-payment products are governed by the payment provider’s eligibility decision and separate terms.

9. Delivery Problems

For a late, missing or visibly damaged parcel, email contact@durexa.com with the order number and relevant photographs. Do not dispose of packaging until the issue has been assessed.

10. Cancellations and Returns

See Cancellation Policy & Returns for the statutory cancellation period, exclusions and return procedure.
