Withdrawal & Cancellation Form

Last updated: 13 July 2026

Page title: Withdrawal & Cancellation Form · Shopify slug: withdrawal-cancellation

Your cancellation right: Consumers buying online generally have fourteen days after receipt of goods to notify the trader that they wish to cancel, subject to statutory exceptions. For EU-facing sales, an easily accessible online withdrawal function may also be required where the relevant national implementation of EU law applies.

Technical note: This version uses a mailto: link. It opens the visitor’s email application with a prepared message; it does not send the request automatically. Shopify policy pages may remove or block JavaScript. Test the published page and, for reliable submission and confirmation, use a Shopify-compatible form endpoint or app.

How It Works

  1. Enter the order and contact details.
  2. Review the summary and confirm the declaration.
  3. Your email application opens with a prepared cancellation message.
  4. Send that message to complete the notification.

Step 1 — Fill in your details

Alternative Methods

  • Email: contact@durexa.com
  • Post: [PLACEHOLDER: Full company return/correspondence address]

Withdrawal Letter Template

To: DUREXA Address: [PLACEHOLDER: Company address] Email: contact@durexa.com I hereby give notice that I cancel my contract for the following goods: Order number: __________________ Order date: __________________ Date received: __________________ Goods: __________________ Consumer name: __________________ Consumer address: __________________ Signature (if posted): __________________ Date: __________________

Important Information

  • The usual fourteen-day period starts after the day the consumer, or their nominated person other than the carrier, receives the goods.
  • Sending a clear notice before the period expires is normally sufficient to meet the notification deadline.
  • The goods must then usually be returned within a further fourteen days.
  • The consumer normally bears direct return costs unless the trader agreed otherwise or the goods are faulty.
  • Refunds are normally made through the original payment method and may be withheld until return or proof of return.
